This project focused on the role that new technological capabilities play within a project’s design and construction. Parametric design is becoming a crucial tool in a project production line, starting with the conceptual design and ending with the smallest aspects of the construction details.

Using the Bridge Pavilion by Zaha Hadid Architects in Zaragoza as a precedent, the project was broken down to its initial structural elements and its facade surfaces. After understanding the project concept, we parametrically manipulated each part of the system in order to study the limits of the structure and the skin.
